  • Online booking system training: 100 CAD for up to 2 hours training.

  • Website Updates: Available for a small fee per update.

  • Hosting Renewal: Hosting renewal is available after the first year at an additional cost.

 

Service 2: Professional Website Package

Cost: 500 CAD

• What’s Included:

  • Full, fixed-format website design (both desktop and mobile) with professional layouts tailored for clinics and spas.

  • Personalized domain name registration (e.g. www.yourbusiness.com).

  • Integrated online booking system for client appointments. No additional subscription fee for the booking system. 

  • One year of web hosting.

  • Website Updates: Up to 15 updates included during the first year at no additional cost.

  • Online booking system training and unlimited support. 

• Additional Options:

  • Additional Updates Beyond 15: Each additional update beyond 15 within the year is available at 20 CAD per update.

  • Hosting and Domain Renewal: Renewal options are available for hosting and the domain after the first year, at an additional cost.

Cost: 20 CAD per update

• What’s Included:

  • This service is available to clients who need updates to their existing websites. Each update is billed separately at 20 CAD per update.

  • Updates include changes to text, images, scheduling adjustments, and other minor modifications. Larger structural changes may require consultation and additional fees.

 

Service 4: Online Booking System Integration

Cost: 150 CAD (one-time fee)

1. Online Booking System

For packages that include hosting and/or personal domain names, renewals will be available after the initial year. Renewal rates will be provided 30 days before the renewal date, ensuring continuous service with no interruptions.

• Professional Package (Service 2): Includes 15 updates within the first year. Additional updates are available at 20 CAD each if the 15 updates are exceeded.
