Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Within Canada:

  • Standard Regular Mail:

    • Flat rate of $4 for orders under $50.

    • Free shipping on orders over $50.

    • Estimated delivery time: 10-14 business days.

To the USA:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Flat rate of $8 for all orders.

    • Estimated delivery time: 10-14 business days.

International:

  • Standard International Shipping:

    • Flat rate of $16 for all orders.

    • Estimated delivery time: 10-21 business days, depending on the destination.

 

Cutting and fresh products are only for local pick up or delivery. No shipping.  

Local Delivery and Store Pickup

Local Delivery (within 5km of our store address):

  • Flat rate of $4 for delivery within a 5km radius of our store.

  • Free Delivery on orders over $50.

  • Delivery typically within 1-3 business days.

Store Pickup:

  • Free store pickup is available at our location: Unit B-1278 Shillington Ave., Ottawa, ON, K1Z 8A4, Canada

  • Orders will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

Important Notes

  • All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, time of year, and potential postal delays.

  • Shipping and delivery times do not include the order processing time, which is typically 1-2 business days.

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred for international shipments.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy is designed to offer you peace of mind when making a purchase from seed. If for any reason you have a change of heart or are dissatisfied with a product, we want to make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible for you. Seeds – Free Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to offer free returns and exchanges for seed purchases within 1 month from the date of your order. If you are not satisfied with your seeds, or you’ve changed your mind, simply return them to us. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the postage fee when sending items back.

Fresh Products – Final Sale

Due to the nature of fresh products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items. We recommend inspecting your fresh products upon arrival to ensure everything meets your expectations.
